About the role You'll work primarily for employers on a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters. That includes: employment disputes contracts and post-employment restraints enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes dismissal and discrimination claims workplace bullying and harassment matters transfer of business and contractor issues Fair Work Act compliance WHS matters workplace investigations organisational change and management strategy You'll also be involved in client-facing work beyond the file, including relationship development, writing updates and attending or presenting at client events. This is a role where you can build your practice in a sustainable setting while earning $130,000 - $180,000 super. What you'll bring You'll bring 3 years' PAE in employment law, ideally from a respected private practice team. You should already be comfortable drafting, advising and managing day-to-day client matters with care and commercial judgment. You'll also need: strong technical grounding across Australian employment and industrial relations law attention to detail good client communication skills sound matter management habits willingness to mentor juniors and contribute to team culture This will suit someone who is bright, practical, personable and ready for a role with both support and autonomy.
